At 4:32 in the morning and I’m only slightly tired as I write this. I should be tired right? Interestingly though…I’m not.
I see so many people post about how they wake up early to ‘rise and grind’ and sometimes I ask myself if I’m not being productive enough because I go to sleep late and wake up late, but then I remembered an article I read a few years back about someone who used biphasic sleep and another guy who used polyphasic sleep to stay productive.
What I’ve realized with sleep is like everything else. No two people are alike.
